OUR COVID-19 POLICY

We are following the Government guidelines.

If you or a member of your household have any of the following symptoms or feel unwell, please stay at home and reschedule your appointment (high temperature, a new or continuous cough or have noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste and smell).

Only clients with appointments are allowed in to the salon so please call 01444 484424. You will not be able to just walk in. If you need to make an appointment or to have a allergy alert test, purchase products or for any other reason, please call us for an allotted time.

Please arrive on time on your own and we request you only bring necessary items in a small bag.

Please wait outside on the High Street until we invite you in.

On entering the salon, please use our hand sanitiser on the reception desk.

We will be practising social distancing within the salon. Staff will be wearing visors as per Government guidelines. Please wear a mask or face covering at all times, stylists are required to wear a mask as well as a visor.

We will now be supplying beverages in disposable cups and digital magazines to read on your own device. No food is to be consumed in the salon.

We would prefer card payments.  If you wish to tip your stylist, we kindly ask you to bring the correct amount in cash as we do not accept tips on card payments.

We have a one way system and you will be exiting from the side door by the toilet back to the High Street.

Additional Safety measures

• Each stylist is allocated their own stations.
• A full wipe down after each client.
• Appointment times are staggered.
• Staff will undergo a daily health check.
• Gowns and towels will be washed after each use.
• All stylists’ tools will be disinfected after each client.
• All our staff have completed the Barbicide salon safety course.
